SVN Stone Commercial Real Estate is a full service firm on South Limestone in Lexington, Kentucky. It is affiliated with the SVN International Network of more than 2,000 advisors and staff in over 200 offices. The team handles sales, leasing, property management, development and 1031 exchanges for large corporations, middle market businesses and individual investors.
We designed and built the SVN Stone website and photographed the team for it. Commercial real estate clients want to see who they will be working with and what is on the market. The site puts both up front, pairing a header video and real team photography with direct routes to available properties and a contact form for reaching an advisor.

The homepage opens with a header video and three clear actions: Browse Our Properties, Contact an Advisor and Watch Our Story. Below that, a section on the SVN Difference explains the Shared Value Network and the firm's model of shared fees and collaboration. Visitors can also meet the team, learn about the firm's culture and read why clients choose SVN Stone.
Instead of a long list of services, the site asks visitors what they need. Six paths cover finding space for a business, finding tenants for a building, buying or investing, selling, property management and 1031 exchanges. A portfolio of notable sales and leases backs that up, and a newsletter signup lets investors get new deals, market data and comps as they come out.

Brokers, tenants and investors often check listings between meetings or while standing at a property. Every page of the SVN Stone site is responsive, so the property search, team pages and Contact an Advisor button work as well on a phone as on a desktop.

We photographed the SVN Stone team for the website so that every advisor page and team section shows the people clients will actually work with. Those photos sit alongside the homepage header video, giving visitors a sense of the firm's culture and its Lexington roots before they ever pick up the phone.
