I was happy at first but then my Google business reviews were being automatically responded to with canned AI content. It was embarrassing and unauthorized. When I questioned Harris & Ward I was told it wasn’t them, my account was hacked. After a week of stress, Todd finally told me it was in fact their new AI system that mistakenly turned on and only affected my business! Ridiculous. Infuriating. To add insult to injury, when I decided to cut ties, they claim needing to be paid for running an SEO campaign that my new marketing company proved wasn’t running. Fun fact-The last newsletter Harris & Ward sent clients talks about how SEO is obsolete.
