Derby City Veterinary Services is a housecall and mobile veterinary practice that has served Greater Louisville, Kentucky since 2014. Dr. Brigette Dean-Hines leads the practice from a full-service mobile hospital based in Simpsonville, visiting pets across Shelby County, Oldham County and most of Jefferson County for wellness and vaccine visits, urgent care, disease treatment and pain management.
A mobile vet has to explain how a visit works before anyone books one. We built the Derby City Vet website to do that clearly, introducing Dr. Hines, the mobile clinic and the service area early on, and giving pet owners a direct path to schedule an appointment or call the practice.

From there it describes the mobile hospital, built by LaBoit Specialty Vehicles in Columbus, Ohio, and the integrative pain management options the practice offers, including laser therapy and stem cell therapy.
Pet owners can find what they need from the main menu, which covers emergency information, services, what to expect at a pet's visit, a patient center and an online pharmacy for medications. After-hours guidance and financial information have their own links, and the Who We Are page covers Dr. Hines's training and her professional memberships.
