Do you travel for photo and video shoots?
Yes — we travel regularly for shoots and work with clients locally and across the country. If you’re outside the Lexington area, our business development team can walk you through what that looks like for your specific situation.
Do I need to close my office/clinic on the day of a shoot?
Not at all. We’re experienced working in active environments and plan the day to minimize disruption to your team and clients. Most businesses stay fully operational during their shoot.
Where will my shoot take place?
Most shoots happen at your location — your office, storefront, or workspace. We can also arrange studio or outdoor settings depending on what best fits your brand.
What does a typical shoot look like?
We arrive, get set up, and work through a planned shot list while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and natural. Most shoots wrap in a half or full day depending on scope. You’ll know exactly what to expect before we ever show up.
How will I receive my photos and videos?
Everything is delivered digitally within 30 days of your shoot. We’ll also handle implementing the visuals directly onto your website so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Are there limits to how my photos/videos can be used?
No — the assets are yours to use across your website, social media, advertising, print, and anywhere else your brand shows up.
Can my shoot include patients/customers?
